Roles & ResponsibilitiesAdmin Clerk

  • West location
  • SME Company
  • Permanent role
  • Company transport to & fro from Lakeside MRT Pickup Point
  • 5 days work week
  • Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
  • Generate DO & Sales invoices using ERP System (Training will be provided)
  • Perform the general administrative duties but not limited to photocopying, faxing, filing, data entries
  • Maintain office document and records
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned periodically.
Requirements:
  • Secondary School Education and above
  • Willing to learn on the job if candidate has no experience
  • Able to work independently and able to mult-task
  • Able to read and converse in English & Mandarin
  • Fast paced worker with good interpersonal skills and initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
