: 1. Assist to personnel work, including employee recruiting, training, file and attendance record keeping and etc. 2. Assist to purchase and monitor stationery Items and keep other work files. 3. General office duties, updating, material checking, job schedules & documentation filing etc, 4. Provide operational support such as answering phone call, whatsApp, email, checking/prepare job schedule and etc. 5. Monitor regular update inventory, administrative support, office admin duties. 6. Other ad-hoc duties as and when required by Management.

Job Requirements: 1. College degree or above, at least one year working experience in administration clerk with personnel work. 2. Responsible, meticulous, efficient and able to work independently.
