Working hours:
5 days work week, 830am - 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with suppliers on stock ordering.
Raise purchase orders and complete ordering process
Liaise with suppliers on stock info/availability/ETA and update the information accordingly
Follow up with suppliers for credit notes / exchanges / amended invoices
Review online orders and handle donations
Job Requirements:
Min. 2 years relevant experience
Proficient with MS Excel/Word
Excellent organization, coordination and follow-up skills
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
