Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monthly sales reports per principal in excel pivot for ZPT (ZP Therapeutics) managers to use for their monthly sales performance report to principals.
  • Inclusive of picture compilation and preparation of sales tables for reports.
  • Consolidating scan sales data per principal for reports.
  • Monthly sales and demand forecast templates for ZPT managers to input.
  • Daily sales update.
  • Marketing and sales events/campaign planning and coordination
  • Submission of promotional form to customers.
  • Preparation of promotional set up list for key chain.
  • Work with product team on POSM required for each promotional set up.
  • Maintaining A&P tracking reports for agency/CSO Line.
  • Support monthly billings for submission to ZP Finance.
  • Maintenance of filing systems for Division\xe2\x80\x99s key documents (price/bonus maintenance forms, request for return notes, sample chits, etc.)
  • Ahoc sales operation support.
  • Conduct oneself in compliance with ZP\xe2\x80\x99s ISO procedures, IHCP and COC policies; and any other rules or regulations deemed as necessary by the management.
Requirements:
  • General Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years admin experience in a sales environment
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
