• 6 days work per week
• 9am-7pm
• F&B and event industry

• Assist Event Manager in implementation of live or virtual events by providing support on logistical, administrative arrangements and on-site management
• Collaborate with event venues and service vendors to ensure smooth execution of work within deadline and budget
• Liaise with internal teams including Marketing, Operations and Content for event preparation and execution
• Follow up with event sponsors to ensure sponsorship requirements are met
• Ensuring invoices are submitted to finance in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
• Any ad hoc duties/projects as assigned by the supervisor
• Occasional travel for on-site support may be required

Requirement:

• Preferable relevant working experience in admin/ F&B industry
• Will need to work on Public holiday (if required)
