Job Description

• Working days : 5 days office hours
• Working location: Pioneer x 1 / Ubi x 1
• Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Attending to incoming calls.
• Planning and scheduling of outdoor service jobs for service technicians all over Singapore.
• Attending to customers on service jobs and complaints.
• Scheduling of daily delivery of goods to customers.
• Preparing sales/service quotations.
• Monitoring of customers\' outstanding orders.
• Data entry for service job done.
• Filing, posting of invoices to customers.
• Others as and when assigned.
