Job Description




Requirements: Possess good English proficiency Comfortable with handle computer usage and various software like Chrome Have good command of MS Office applications like Word, Excel, etc Able to perform simple editing using Adobe Software Able to handle replying of emails Have good working attitude with willingness to learn Well organised and enjoy paying attention to details Proactive and meticulous Able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure Work duties: Handle administrative functions of related to placement of workers (saving documents, renaming, data entry, using MOM portal, etc.) Monitor full application, cancellation and renewal progress of foreign workers to ensure compliance Process various work pass applications for selected candidates Liaise with training centres to arrange courses for the workers Liaise with insurance brokers to initiate coverage of insurances for the workers Updating and maintaining of documents and records Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks (e.g. scanning, filing, etc) Fast Apply No CV Required Fast Interview via Chat Report Job
