The Client:Adecco is partnering with an established company in the sanitary technology sector to find an Office Administrator to manage the full operations of the Singapore office. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR Manager and the Managing Director to a streamlined workflow.The Job:
  • Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficiency, and managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities.
  • Managing employee visa applications, preparing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office service contracts, vendor relationships, and handle administrative tasks for the Managing Director, including scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with new laptop setup for new employees and software removal for old laptops.
  • Assist with IT set up for town hall, management meetings.
The Talent:
  • Diploma in any disciplines, 1-2 years of administrative experience will be an advantage
  • Able to multitask and work within timeline
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player, proactive and meticulous in work
