Job Description

• Position: Admin cum account Assistant
• Working hour: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:45pm
• Location : Yishun
• Salary : $2300-$2500

Job scope :

• Invoicing - Issue Invoice, Debit Notes, Cash Sales, Delivery Orders
• Answering customer enquire of all Billing related issue.
• To solve e-Invoice submission issue. To avoid late charge and double invoice.
• PO download from customer\'s Portal for further reference.
• Filing of sales invoice, DO & PO (If any)
• Scan work order for sales Department (Overseas & Local)
• Updating Billing on DO issue. Ensure All DO issue invoice (Local). Prepare reporting of the update.
• Monitor and keep pantry stocked with refreshments.
• Ensure pantry area clean and organized.
• Restock toiletries as needed.
• Address any maintenance issues if any.
• Manage office stationery supplies.
• Act as point of receptionist in greeting customer and customer service, transferring phone call
