Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence. * Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems. * Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. * Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations in a timely and professional manner. * Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
