Admin cum Account
Basic Salary: $2500 - $3800 (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon to Friday)
Location: Woodland
Job Scope:
Administrative Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule installation appointments for on-site technicians. Plan and optimize daily routes for workers based on job locations and traffic conditions. Manage general office maintenance tasks (e.g., arrange servicing for lighting, air-conditioning). Assist in inventory checking at the warehouse when needed. Support management in ad-hoc administrative tasks and company errands.
Accounting Support:
Perform basic data entry related to accounting tasks (e.g. AP/AR records). Assist finance team in tracking expenses or document filing.
Purchasing Duties:
Handle day-to-day purchasing duties including sourcing, preparing purchase orders, and liaising with vendors. Track order status and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Maintain records of purchasing and pricing data.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Strong knowledge of local Singapore areas and routes. Proven experience in appointment scheduling and route planning is highly preferred. Familiarity with purchasing processes and basic accounting data entry. Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking independently. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
