Ensure inter-company transactions tally among multi-companies . Cash Management . Handling recruitment and interview arrangement . Processing work pass renewal, application and admin related . MOM and insurance issuesAdministrative . Accident claim . Prepare monthly vehicles expenses report to Director . Updating inventory . Vehicle road tax & insurance renewal, COE renewal, inspection & servicing arrangement . Hire purchase documents preparation . Driver VL & DL renewal . Apply & renew vehicle season parking . Apply vehicle deregistration . Any other ad-hoc duties when requiredRequirements . Candidate must possess at least Diploma . 5 working days .
