Urgently seeks experienced Admin Cum Accounts Assistant.
Immediate start work
s :-
-Attend to all office related work -emails, fax in, photocopy, calls in, prepare meetings ...etc
Ensure all office workflows are completed.
Prepare invoices and call up clients to chase after payments.
Assistant HR and other departments to streamline operations and maximise productivity
Perform any ad hoc duties from top management.
Requirements :-
Diploma or Degree in Accounts
Strong administrative and accounting skills
Minimum 1 to 2 years working relevant experience
-Can speak Mandarin and English - handle China clients
Detailed oriented .Good with numbers and figures.Very sharp and accurate
