Job Description

Job Scope:

Handle general administrative tasks to maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment. Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations based on Sales Dept needs. Act as a liaison between internal teams to support smooth communication and collaboration. Accurately maintain client databases and project documentation with strong attention to detail. Provide admin & accounts support like data entry, filing, and schedule updates. Coordinate with vendors for delivery of goods. Take charge of internal company billings matters. Keep track of payments collections & outstanding balance.
Job Requirements:

Able to multitasking. Accounting background welcome to apply, on job training is provided. Min Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel). Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary
Work Location: In person
