Min. GCE \'O\xe2\x80\x99 or \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 Levels
Able to work independently, multi-task and be organized/meticulous.
Proficient in MS Office (MS Word and Excel) / Accounting Software.
Experienced in using different Government Portal will be an advantage.
Company transport provided along pick up points in Bedok and Tampines to Loyang office.
JOB SCOPE;
8 am to 5:45 pm / 5 days
Input Suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices (AR)
Process payments (AP)
Match purchase orders, deliver orders with Supplier invoices.
Issuance & control of Company items.
Attend to incoming calls & walk-in Personnel.
Preparation of memo (English & Mandarin), filing, mailing & postage.
Other admin/accounts duties as assigned by Superior
