Key Responsibilites:
1. Manage day -to-day administrative duties.
2. Handle full set of accounts or assist with bookkeeping task using
accounting software.
3. Assist in processing claims, invoicing, payment vouchers and HR-
related matters
4. Coordinate with external parties such as client etc.
5. Provide general supports to the management and other
departments
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Accounting, business administration or related field
2. At least 2 yrs of relevant working experience
3. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
4. Bilingual (English and Mandarin) - if needed for liaising with clients
