Job Description


:

  • To assist in administrative matters
  • To answer phone calls and enquries
  • To perform data entry and filing of all incoming and outgoing documents
  • To provide administrative support to project team which include documentation preparation, filing and co-ordinating of daily workflow
  • To source for quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors
  • To assist team leader to apply and submit regulatory forms when required
  • To perform other duties as and when required by Company

Job Requirement:
  • Good team player, hardworking , self-driven, responsible and meticulous
  • Have good time and stress management and communication skills and able to multi-task
  • Possess positive working attitude and able to work productively and independantly with mininum supervision
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and suppliers
  • 'N', 'O', diploma qualifications or similar
  • Senior of fresh graduate may apply
