Job Description
- Providing excellent customer experience via various communication channels
- Handling customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries, feedback, and reservation
- Recording all feedback and compliant from customers into company database
- Recommending possible products/ services/ solutions to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
- Working closely internal and external stakeholders regarding good orders and good delivery
- Assisting in manage and update of company website as required
- Preparing market research and summarizing sales data
- Working closely with multiple departments to obtain the necessary information
- Proficient in MS Excel (ie. Pivot table) & MS Word
- Ability to work with multi-departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer oriented mindset
