Job Description

• Perform day to day administrative support to Sales Teams such as processing of orders, generating Credit Notes, prepare quotations and filing of documents
• Responsible for answering & screening of phone calls
• Assist in receiving & delivery of equipment
• Prepare shipping documents for overseas customer
• Candidate must be Customer service oriented with problem solving & good interpersonal skills and be open minded to improve and learn on the job
• Provide customer service & support to existing clients & prospects which includes sending quotation, coordinates between clients and inter-divisions, sending reminder for due date, customer service survey and cross-selling
• Upon completion of job, arrange sending out & receiving of documents, updating of files, database system and invoicing
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
• Liaison with cal lab for updates of customer units
• Perform payments to suppliers and help suppliers enquiries for any payment related matters
• Call customer for AR matters.
• Do basic proof checking of calibration certificate.
  

• Experience in similar capacity will be an advantage
• Recognised Diploma or University Degree( Business , Engineering , Accounting)
• Proficient in MS Office & Xero
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skill & telephone etiquette
• Responsible, positvie attitude & commited
• Passionate, service oriented, responsible and meticulous
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to multi task
• 5 day work week
