Perform day to day administrative support to Sales Teams such as processing of orders, generating Credit Notes, prepare quotations and filing of documents
Responsible for answering & screening of phone calls
Assist in receiving & delivery of equipment
Prepare shipping documents for overseas customer
Candidate must be Customer service oriented with problem solving & good interpersonal skills and be open minded to improve and learn on the job
Provide customer service & support to existing clients & prospects which includes sending quotation, coordinates between clients and inter-divisions, sending reminder for due date, customer service survey and cross-selling
Upon completion of job, arrange sending out & receiving of documents, updating of files, database system and invoicing
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Liaison with cal lab for updates of customer units
Perform payments to suppliers and help suppliers enquiries for any payment related matters
Call customer for AR matters.
Do basic proof checking of calibration certificate.
Experience in similar capacity will be an advantage
Recognised Diploma or University Degree( Business , Engineering , Accounting)
Proficient in MS Office & Xero
Team player with excellent interpersonal skill & telephone etiquette
Responsible, positvie attitude & commited
Passionate, service oriented, responsible and meticulous
Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to multi task
5 day work week
