Responsible for managing full spectrum of HR and Administrative duties.
Responsible for recruitment and selection and Work Pass application.
Handles work pass application, renewal and cancellation and submission of tax clearance for employees (IR21).
Process monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly CPF contributions and employee's employment records (IR8A).
Handles company's insurances and submission of all claims (NS claims, maternity claim etc.)
Assist with submission of statutory reports and survey
Process sales orders and prepare invoices / delivery orders.
Liaise closely with production and logistics team to ensure day-to-day order fulfilment.
Liaise with customers on status of their orders, delivery or product issues.
Generate daily stock report for packing of goods.
Responsible for procurement of ingredients and preparing incident reports.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
Diploma in Human Resources / Business
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent at problem solving, meticulous and possess organizational skills.
Team player with high levels of accountability.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
