Job Description

Answering incoming phone calls, replying emails and attending to visitors Handling general admin duties including replenishment of stationery and office supplies, tools and equipment loans and calibrations, documentation control & etc. Issuance of purchase orders and draft contract Handling recruitment and selection activities including arrangement for interviews Assist in staff training and development activities Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal file / records of employees, job descriptions, increment and renewal of employment contract Drafting letters as and when requires Other Duties as assigned by The Management.
