Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm
Salary: Up to $2500 (SGD)
Job Scope:
- Apply/renewal/cancellation of WP, SP & EP
- Monthly payroll
- Annual submission of income tax IR8A, NS Claim, Government Claims & etc.
- Update & maintain Personnel data file
- Prepare Employment Contract
- WICA Insurance Claim
- Dormitory & Catering arrangement for workers
- Arrangement of Skilled Course enrolment for Workers
- Provide admin support
- Handling of Government Grant application
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements: * Singaporean or PR
- Willing to relocate or travel to Jurong Port Road
- Min 3 years\' Experience in full spectrum of HR duties preferably in services industry (Electrical Contractors)
- Knowledge in Times Payroll is a Plus
