  • To provide administrative support
  • To prepare quotations and invoices
  • To handle proper documentation
  • To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • To assist manager in daily work
  • Minimum Diploma holder and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (Constuction Sector)
  • General office admin duties as assigned by manager
Create and maintain material purchasing price list (Regular Suppliers) Project Management (Procurement and Post project documents) Prepare the progress claims Enquiry of minimum 3 quotations for material purch Any add hoc job from Managerasing
