1. Answer incoming calls and dealing enquiries
2. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management/safety supervisor.
3. Sourcing of suppliers, price negotiation, order processing, and follow-up for order confirmation.
4. Monitor delivery schedule
5. Updates records and maintains proper filling systems
6. Preparation of billing documents (Delivery Orders(DO), Invoices, Quotation)
7. Coordinate with operation team/store on daily operation needs.
8. Update of project green mark
9. Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirement:
Positive attitude and willing to learn.
* At least 1 year of experience in the related field is required for this position.
