Job Description

Deliver daily administrative assistance to the logistics department. Ensure accurate recordkeeping of machinery certifications, road tax, and insurance renewals. Support the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections as required. Provide reception coverage when necessary. Assist in planning and coordinating the movement of materials to and from construction sites. Communicate with suppliers and project staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment. Track and update delivery statuses, providing regular progress reports to the project team. Maintain and update records of material and tool inventory. Assist with stock-taking and asset-tracking activities. Record and update daily working hours and overtime for workers and site staff. Collect, review, and verify timesheets, attendance records, and overtime claims from site supervisors. Prepare and submit monthly overtime reports to support payroll processing.
Requirements


Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent with 2 - 3 years of administrative experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
