Job Description

Good phone etiquette for handling telephone calls and enquiries Attend to subcons/suppliers document collections Assist in requisition of stationery and groceries Perform general admin duties and support other departments Well organized and proficient in Microsoft Office applications Good communications skills preferably in English and Mandarin Preferably with experience in construction industry Manage database which inclusive sick leaves and annual leaves. Maintain and upkeep of office admin records and filing system. Handle letterbox and distribute letters. * Arrange ad hoc company events and other administrative duties.
