a. Provides broad support in the administration of student-centered services and the organization of the daily operations of the Department of Student Services.
b. Maintains an extensive database of all Student Services operations.
c. Manages information technology resources to improve administrative efficiency and service quality
d. Manages and maintains the Student Services portion of the website to ensure accuracy, relevance and timeliness of information.
e. Participate and serve as part of the Student Services Department as a support to the student in area related to the student records and registration. This shall include student pass related matters for international students.
f. Liaise and maintain speedy coordination with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) for matter related to the international students’ welfare and affairs in Singapore
g. Responsible for collecting, recording, maintaining and reporting of student records within EduTrust guidelines, e.g., grades, registration data, transcripts, mid-term verification, athletic eligibility and CPE audits and other associated audits
h. Problem solve, research, analysis and resolution of student disputes as they relate to records and registration
i. Collaborate with the management to facilitate and improve services to students, including catalogue and registration/records policy questions.
j. Supports efforts to produce and enhance quality of Student Services manuals, publications and other informational materials.
k. Handles special projects and drafts reports or prepares presentations within prescribed timescales.
