Job Description

Responsibilities



Handle customer enquiries via various channels. Data entry, including processing of inquiries, quotations, and process sales orders from customers & etc. Coordinate and ensure that all KPIs are met. Monitor inventory stock level. Manage customer order fulfilment plans for on-time delivery. Manage enquiries and feedback of our customers through email, website live chat service and phone calls. To coordinate daily movement of all incoming and outgoing vehicles, including liaising with internal and external customers for the collection and delivery of vehicles. To physically check all repair work performed in the workshop for completeness and road test, inclulding LTA inspection if required, before the vehicle is returned to the customers. To focus on providing quality services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior. Good command of English and Chinese and basic accounting knowledge will an added advantage. Friendly and Customer Service Oriented. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Work as part of our admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company. Min 1 year of relevant experience. * Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent
