Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Process tender supply to institutes
  • Track tender supplies status
  • Update new awarded tender in the system
  • Handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 phone inquiries and process orders via customer care hotline, email, sales order.
  • Ensure important information with regards to special delivery are communicated with the Warehouse Team.
  • Maintain records of all inventory transactions according to the requirements of the organization.
  • Provide admin support such as filing and retrieval of documents when requires.
  • Assist to perform annual stock-take.
  • Any other duties assigned by Client Service Manager & Senior Operations Executive.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least an O-Level / Diploma, any field.
  • Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in customer service in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry will be advantageous
  • Knowledge of the SAP system will be advantageous.
  • Fast learner, positive attitude, and able to work as a team.
  • Independent and Computer literate
  • 5 days work week - Monday to Friday
2-way Free Company Transport is provided at Bishan MRT stations
