Job description Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative and office duties such as answering phone calls, attending to visitors, courier, inventory control, stock replenishment, pantry / stationary ordering and mail collection, arrangement of wreaths, get well baskets and hampers etc.
  • Vendor and facility management e.g. scheduling and follow ups on maintenances
  • Manages and executes orders through a life cycle e.g. sourcing for quotation, PO creation, service delivery and payment coordination
  • Maintain proper documentation of plans, contracts and agreements and ensure accuracy in contractual terms
  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and policies
  • Managing and rendering support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with workplace safety and health related matters as well as renovations, relocations space planning and A&A works.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects relating to department\xe2\x80\x99s functions

Job Requirements Requirements :
  • Ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline
  • Organized, meticulous and possesses initiative
  • Able to work independently or in a team
  • Possess relevant experience or equivalent capacity
  • Min GCE O/A Levels/Diploma in any discipline
