Provides clinic\'s administrative duties at the front counter including answering phone calls, registration, cashiering and maintaining appointments
Record and update inventory, ordering of stock
Administrative duties including maintaining simple filing etc.
Data entry for accounts payable using Plato system
Liaise with external parties/vendors and communicate via email
Work closely with Operations team for administrative and operational matters
Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
