Check and verify invoices & petty cash claims and enter into software system
Assist in compiling and computing basic Profit & Loss sheets
Monitor, renew and research for vendor contracts the business may require
Maintain efficient documentation and filing system
Maintain and restock office supplies
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
