Location: Bedok South Road

Salary Range: Up to $3,500.00

This is a Contract role.

Period: 2 Years

Responsibilities:

• Convert Purchase Requisitions to Purchasing Orders.
• Open letterbox and distribute mails to departments pigeon holes.
• Print badges for employees and contractors and keep track of issued badge numbers in file.
• Develop Standard Job Instruction (SJI).
• Perform visitor clearance for Operations department.
• Validate and submit shop non-expenses travel claims to Accenture.
• Validate Operations Department cab charge usage with HOD approval before submitting to Accenture.
• Develop and maintain 5S for Operations network folders.
• Create PowerPoint slides for training and sharing monthly.
• Compute worked hours for contract staff and obtained HOD approval before submitting to manpower provider and Finance monthly (Autotime).
• Autotime correction and verification for shopfloor employees.
• Perform DWR for repair and servicing of equipment.
• Analyze and administer direct labour contribution.
• Backup business travel arrangement for Operations.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification - Diploma holder.
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
• Willing to work in the East and shopfloor environment
