Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers for overdue invoices and issue reminders as needed. * Work closely with the finance department to reconcile payments and update records. * Assist with processing long-term rental agreements, renewals, and documentation. * Ensure all paperwork is complete, signed, and properly filed (physical or digital). * Communicate with customers to confirm bookings, extensions, and vehicle exchanges. * Respond to general customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp. * Support the team in generating reports related to bookings, payments, and utilization. * Handle any ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in automotive or rental services. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with internal CRM systems. * Strong communication and follow-up skills. * Good time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
