Job Description


& Requirements

1. Scheduling appointments / meetings, organising and maintaining principal\'s calendar

2. Performing administrative tasks, e.g., data entry, document preparation, goods receipting

3. Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of events, including on-site support

4. Communicate with vendors and suppliers

5. Triage and respond to citizens\' enquiries

6. Update internal database for citizen partnerships

7. Able to work on weekends, if required. (Off-in-lieu provided.)

Requirements

1. Strong organisational and time management skills

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills

3. Attentive to details, able to work independently and take the initiative

4. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (combination of office and work from home)

5. Proficient in, or able to quickly learn, office software, incld. MS Office, Teams and Skype

6. Able to handle multiple projects concurrently

7. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Working Arrangement: Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 6pm; Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

Location: Near City Hall MRT

Salary: TBA

Contract Period: 3 months (Renewal of contract up to 1 year will be subjected to the manpower demand and performance of employee.)
