Provide general admin support, arrange meetings, order stationery, pantry supplies, etc.
Provide HR assistance, arrange interviews, leave records, employees handbook etc.
Manage/liaise with vendors or external parties whenever necessary.
To assist for the processing of any government claims and application.
Coordinate with suppliers, and customers for orders when required.
Process invoices or quotations to customers when required.
Support purchasing dept to generate purchase orders when required.
Any ad-hoc duties to assist the director.
