Job Description
What you will be working on:As a short-term contract staff in Coastal Protection Department, you will support the team conducting a site-specific study to develop coastal protection measures for the Southeast Coast of Singapore. Your main roles and responsibilities will include the following: Ensure data security in PUB's consultants\' office. Ensure that consultants handle data appropriately, including ensuring that devices are securely locked before leaving the premise and that classified data is appropriately handled (e.g., contained within authorized computers). Handle the authorized hard disk and hard disk password exclusively, ensuring their secure and appropriate usage. Support weekly extraction of security logs from consultants\' computers using a written guide provided. Perform supporting tasks such as handling personnel details for security clearance, visitor registration, data administration/compilation/extraction etc.What we are looking for:
- Diploma (in any discipline) is preferred Basic literacy in computer, including Microsoft Office applications Ability to follow protocols for data handling and transfer Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness Able to work independently Work Location: Westgate Tower (1 Gateway Drive, Singapore 608531) Working Hour: 9am - 6.30pm Successful applicants will be contacted within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
