Job Description

- Position Title: Admin Executive cum PA/Admin Executive
- Working Location: Macpherson
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm, Saturday 8.30 pm \xe2\x80\x93 12.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,800 + VB
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Perform a variety of general administrative tasks.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Act as a point of contact between the sales department, senior administrative staff, and other departments to facilitate efficient request and query handling.
- Generate and issue invoices.
- Accompany the executive team to client meetings as needed, assisting with preparations and logistics to ensure successful engagements.
- Regularly report on job progress and updates to the leadership team.
- Assist with sales-related inquiries.
- Minimum \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99 Levels with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Candidates with knowledge of MYOB software would be advantageous.
