Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative and operational support for organization's digital programme.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Budgeting, Enhancement Backlog & Knowledge Management Support
Monitor and track the enhancement backlog across various programmes, and prepare reports for monthly review meetings
Coordinate monthly app releases, including tracking progress and obtaining necessary approvals
Conduct basic checks following each app release to ensure stability and performance
Maintain and update app-related documentation to support knowledge sharing and continuity
2. Enhancements on the Digital Application
Assist in gathering and documenting enhancement requirements, clarifying with stakeholders where needed
Participate in testing new features and enhancements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Collaborate with development teams to ensure updates meet functional, usability, and quality standards
Identify issues or gaps and follow up to ensure timely resolution
3. Administrative Support
Provide secretariat support for meetings, including preparing agendas, booking venues, sending calendar invites, and taking meeting notes
Assist in updating project management and governance documents to reflect current operations and processes
Requirements:
Diploma qualifications or above with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in business administration/IT or related discipline.
Experience with user testing/IT related matters is an advantage.
Strong communication and administration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
