Job Description
- Raffles Place - Singapore
- Working Days: 5 days
- Salary: $2,500 - $3,000
- Immigration Application / Admin
- Manages end-to-end immigration application cycles for Singapore Citizenship and other applications etc
- Liaise with clients to ensure all documents are furnished and ready for submission
- Be a subject matter expert on immigration law and procedures
- Write clients' cover letters and documents for submission
- Conduct handovers and run through the final document package to clients
- Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards of service
- Attend to clients' queries and the completion of the formalities during and post-submission
- Any other duties assigned by Management
- Minimally Diploma qualification and above
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Good time management skills & Must be able to handle a high volume of documents
