Job Description

Responsibilities: * Perform daily administrative matters * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls and service stan Responsibilities: Perform daily administrative matters Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls and service standards Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and documents to relevant authorities and business units Coordinate with various business units to execute all business-related projects Coordinate and ensure that the registration of tournaments / tickets / events and promotions are being communicated to relevant business units Create and manage Procurement matters, liaise and work closely with relevant business units to ensure timely delivery of products and collaterals Compile marketing reports for management review Develop and maintain checklists for projects to ensure that deliverables are met Ensure effective use of office supplies in an economically and operationally efficient manner Demonstrate good working relationship within the team and with other departments, and maintain a high level of communication and co-operation in the interests of customer service Perform assigned duties in the Casino premises during peak seasons, and as and when required Ad-hoc assignments as and when require Requirements: Meet Casino Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age. Minimum Diploma in business, marketing or hospitality. Good communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Windows, Excel, Word and Power Point.
