Handle invoice billing and able to handle high volumes of invoices.
Liaise with internal teams such as Finance & Product Team.
Generate Periodic & Operational / performance reports and management information.
Provide accurate and consistent management information and statistics internally and externally.
Leads Distribution
Ensure data integrity.
Support general day to day MIS activities.
Handling & tracking customers enquiries
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Performing any other duties as and when assigned

Friday (8.30am-4.30pm)

Up to $2500 (depending on experience)
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma with administrative experience
Meticulous and organized.
Able to work well independently and with a team within a fast-paced environment.
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge (good to know Pivot Table & Vlookup)
Able to work OT (when necessary)
