Admin Executive (Handling Warehouse Team / Up to $2600)

- Singapore Based (Boon Lay)
- 5 Days work per week (8am to 5pm)
- $2200 to $2600
- At least 1-2 years of relevant executive working experience in the warehouse/ related field
- Experiences handling warehouse team will be an added advantage

- Ensure inventory accuracies and report on any discrepancies.
- Ensure all inventories in the warehouse are properly collected, received, handled, accurately sorted, identifies, value added, transferred, and dispatched.
- Ensure staff compliance with all established processes and accuracy in the data processing.
- Ensure good housekeeping and safety, equipment in the warehouse is up to performance standard.
- Operate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirements.
- Ensure that procedures and work instructions are carried out diligently.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
