Provide all-round office administrative and management support.
Sourcing and purchasing of corporate gifts
General office upkeep and maintenance of office, storeroom and copier room facilities
Purchasing and maintaining of fixed assets such as office equipment, furniture & fittings
Organising employee engagement/welfare activities and office projects when required
Travel arrangements (hotel, flight ticket, rental car) as well as support for expat condo accommodations (liaising with landlord, water & utilities suppliers, telecommunications vendors, contractors etc)
Casual ad hoc translation from English to Korean or vice versa
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Min. 2 years' experience in an administrative or secretarial role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Prior experience in translation would be an added advantage
Must have strong secretarial & admin exec background
Proficiency in MS Office software
Proficiency in Korean (spoken, written) would be advantageous
Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality
