Job Description

Inventory Management Duties


1. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.


2. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.


3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory transactions.


4. Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records


Sales and Logistics Duties


1. Issuing of sales quotations and invoices to customers, and all other necessary documentation


2. Coordinate all shipments with freight forwarders and the preparation of documentation to ensure timely deliveries and compliance.


3. Prepare and update statutes of sales quotations, invoices, and shipments for reporting purposes


4. Coordinate and maintain a proper record of all consignment items with distributors.


5. Coordinate all administrative matters for trade shows and other events


6. Maintain proper serial number records of all stocks sold.


Other Administrative Duties


1. Preparation of an application for grants when they arise.


2. Arrangement of internships


3. Coordination with building management and office utilities


4. All other general admin duties - ordering of items like t-shirts, printing of brochures, stationery, etc...


5. All other ad hoc tasks as assigned
