Job Description





Responsibilities

  • Processing and submission of invoices, claims and bills
  • Dispatch of mails and filing/ sorting of documents
  • In-charge of replenishment of office supplies and pantry items
  • Manage and issue corporate and employee passes
  • Responsible for facility management and office maintenance works
  • Assist in organizing employee welfares events/ projects
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned \xef\xbb\xbf \xef\xbb\xbf

Requirements\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Diploma in any discipline or GCE \'A\' Level
  • With 1 year of office administrative working experience
  • Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
