Our client is a global luggage manufacturer and retailers. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Admin Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer orders and sales loan requests in SAP.
Track and coordinate order status to ensure timely processing and invoicing.
Support Sales & Marketing teams with orders for campaigns, promotions, roadshows, and redemption programs, ensuring prompt closure.
Liaise with Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve pricing, inventory, transfers, returns, invoicing, credit notes, and quality issues.
Manage and process all returns, including loan items, promptly and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements:
Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
