Benefit summary

  • Attending phone enquiries / customer service
  • Compiling and monitoring of attendance
  • Supporting funding applications & claims; collecting course fee payments
  • Supporting course activities e.g. new class orientation, graduation, course preview, open house
  • Preparing documents & meet the requirements of audits
  • Conducting student surveys and consolidating evaluation reports
  • Assisting in ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
  • Pro-active, meticulous and well-organized individual
  • PC literate with proficiency in MS Office
