Job Description

:

• Support the project sales manager and sales team in various sales-related activities.
• Prepare sales quotations, tenders, and catalogue submissions.
• Issue sales orders and delivery orders.
• Coordinate and communicate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely ordering and delivery for customers.
• Prepare product samples and presentation materials for projects.
• Participate in project site meetings when necessary.
• Closely monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, or a related field.
• Bring a minimum of 2 years\' relevant work experience in the local construction sector (preferably in lighting/electrical engineering/interior design/construction material industry).
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Work as a collaborative team player, closely interacting with the project sales team.
• Experience in the lighting industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Autocad, Dialux, and Relux software is a plus.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
