• Coordinate with Supplier/Factory/Customer on delivery status
• Issue sales and purchase order
• Issue Invoices, Debit/Credit Notes to vendor and customers
• Preparation of shipping instructions for overseas shipment
• Assist with RFQ for new model/new projects
• Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and stock checks
• Updating of PO record and monthly sales accounts
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements * With Diploma in relevant discipline is preferred.

• Experience in using SAP software in electronics manufacturing industry are advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
